BOOKING
Bookings are considered confirmed once a payment of 50% of the total value of the trip has been made. Please note that quotes are not considered reserves and values only include the services indicated in each program. If you want to include more services, let us know, and we will make sure that your trip is even more personalized. These services may cost extra.
RETURNS
If you need to cancel, we will refund 80% of what you paid, as long as you notify us at least 30 days before the date of travel !
But, if you decide to cancel less than 30 days in advance, we won't be able to refund you. Keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, such as rain, wind or snow, which are common in the area, are not grounds to request refunds. Similarly, delays in air connections or other reasons beyond our control and that are not part of our responsibility are not considered grounds for refunds either.
SHARE THE ADVENTURE
We know that unforeseen events happen! If you don't manage to join in on the fun, you can transfer your booking to another adventurer. Just tell us at least 30 days in advance before the trip.
PLAN CHANGE
If you need to change the date of your trip, we will do our best to accommodate you, as long as you give us at least 30 days' notice of the date of travel. 3. If you decide to change the date, don't worry. Your booking will remain valid for a maximum of one year from the original date of travel.
CYBER BOOKING
It is important to note that the date change is only accepted for 1 time and within the months on promotion (October, January and February) at no cost. We want to make sure that your experience in Patagonia is as amazing as possible, so we recommend planning your trip carefully. We can't wait to welcome you on the scheduled dates so that you can enjoy this adventure to the fullest. No refunds are offered. However, a date change is allowed at no additional cost if the request is made at least 15 days in advance.
